Q – How can I register to be a partner with Baliwww.com?
A – Click on “Become a Partner” link button, then just fill in your details and we'll be in touch soon with your login details. After you have received the login details you can resume the registration by updating the details of your property.

Q – How much does it cost to register?
A – Partnering with Baliwww.com is free. You only pay a commission on any materialized booking through us.

Q – How much is Baliwww.com commission?
A – The amount of the commission depends on the room rate, room availability that you have updated on Baliwww.com. We are happy to discuss this further, so please get in contact for more details.

Q - What can I do to receive more business through Baliwww.com?
A - The best room rates and best possible availability is important for gaining more business through Baliwww.com. Furthermore, having a truthful and informative hotel description including actual photos of your hotel will help us sell your rooms.
There is special offer on preferred property program in which we will promote your property through Google Pay Per Click, Forum and Blog Submitting, including your hotel in our weekly special offer on newsletters. The property has to give a contracted minimum room allocation (availability) throughout the year and need to meet our performance criteria. Preferred hotels receive the special logo “Preferred Hotel Partner” on our website.

Q – How do I update room rate and availability (room allocation), information and photos for my property?
A - Once signed up, you can update online room rate and availability (room allocation), information and photos through Extranet*. If you need any help with this, the Baliwww team is at your service in making changes and/or updates.

Q - How do I receive the confirmation for a reservation?
A – When a reservation is made, a confirmation will be sent to you by email or you can check through Extranet*.

Q – Where and when does the guest pay for their invoice?
A – All reservation made through our website or call centre are pre-paid. Once a reservation has been made, the guest will be issued a voucher to present on arrival at the hotel. We then in turn pay you via bank transfer.

Q – Why can't I see my webpage?
A – In order to put alive on our Internet Network, You have to complete the whole data entry such as rate and availability of rooms, pictures, map and other information.

Q – I can not resume my registration? it is always said "The Hotel ID already exist"
A – It means that you have password with us, just do login with your Hotel ID and password.
Note : that password was made when you apply the old system (Room Availability System)

*Extranet means the online system which can be accessed by the Hotel (after identification of token ID and the password) through the website Baliwww.com, for uploading, changes, verifying, updates and/or amendments of the Hotel Information (including rates, availability, rooms) and reservations.
